Welcome to Lyckobit – "Bite of Joy"! I’m Anissa Selmani, the founder and baker behind this online cookie bakery. Originally from Tunisia, I moved to Sweden two years ago after getting married. Baking has always been my passion, and while balancing life as an AI engineer with a PhD in Electrical Engineering, and being a mom to my one-year-old, I found joy in sharing my homemade cookies with others. At Lyckobit, I bring together my love for baking and the joy of creating something sweet and special.
